We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. You further acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using any third-party website or service.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 417 Technology does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall 417 Technology or its directors, employees, partners, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 417 Technology and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts and expenses (including without limitation legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms of service or your use of the Services.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms of service continues in full force and effect.
14. Entire agreement
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and 417 Technology regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
15. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will give at least 30 days’ notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after we publish the revised terms, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
16. Governing law
These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
