EDB AI for Empowering Learning and Teaching Funding Programme
AI courses designed for Hong Kong primary and secondary schools, covering game creation, 3D design, app development and AI thinking skills.
Students use AI tools to complete their own work. Hours and content can be adjusted to fit the school’s funding proposal and students’ level.
Courses
Each course is built around students completing a piece of work.
6–12 hours
Students build interactive 3D games on a no-code iPad platform, learning scene building, character design, game logic and AI dialogue systems. No coding experience needed.

6–12 hours
Students generate 3D models from text descriptions or images, learning AI image generation, model editing and materials, and build a personal digital portfolio.

Students produceA personal 3D portfolio
8–16 hours
Students build iOS apps with AI-assisted coding tools, learning programming logic, interface design and the app publishing process. Their apps can be installed on their own phones.

4–8 hours
Students learn the core skills of communicating effectively with AI: prompt design, using AI tools and critical thinking, and put together a personal AI learning toolkit.
